A good zf tune will help reduce this from occurring furtherIn saying that, still potentially a lot of life left in the box

Lennox Member 2,586 Member For: 11y 8m 28d Gender: Male Location: Perth Posted 03/05/15 11:05 PM Share Posted 03/05/15 11:05 PM The revs spike for a sec before it accelerates. You'll know it when it happens it's pretty obvious. Mine does it going into 4th full throttle

Mine has the slightest flare 3rd to 4th sometimes.Sometimes it can be just a little down on fluid, doesn't take much to make a difference. Sometimes they are just farked. boost69 Donating Members 737 Member For: 19y 6m 4d Posted 04/05/15 10:12 PM Share Posted 04/05/15 10:12 PM Prices I have gotten for a standard rebuild, range from 3 to 5K.The last quote I got was between 3.5 to 4K...apparently this guy does allot of work for the Ford Dealerships...He was saying something about putting better "self lubricating" bushes...and he uses brand new solenoids too...(apparently others use refurbushished or second hand...)...Oh and he uses genuine ZF oil...He mentioned some other stuff too, but I had no idea what this guy was talking about, but it did sound quite impressive though...lol
