Hey I've noticed Plazmamn have released this no metal cutting intercooler ($795) which wasn't around last time I was shopping. It looks like a stock F6 cooler but better? I asked them about it and they said it's good for 380rwkw and they use their lightweight tube and fin core. I just have doubts because it's dimensionally the smallest on the market. Even smaller than the autotechnica ebay ones. So just wondering if anyones using one.

Plaz = 400 x 380 x 63

F6 = 370 x 380 x 45

Dont always let size be the deciding factor with intercoolers

Plaz are a quality product and I would have no issues using it

I noticed this too the other day.....but by saying "no metal cutting" I believe you still need to cut the top plastic section above the reo bar (not sure of the technical name, but pretty sure there is some form of cutting involved).

Have you confirmed with them about no cutting at all?

and its $845 for raw and $895 for black

if there is cutting needed, I'd rather go PW stage 2 in black for $265 more....cause apparently performs as good as Plaz 1000?

Spoke to them for best price. I've had a pw stepped and a pw stage 2 cooler. Wasn't comfortable with what I had to do chop to get it to fit on a brand new car.

Have my eye on this cooler aswell, or the PWR stepped. Simply because they say no cut.

I actually rung Plazma, guy I spoke to said on some cars the top reo support bar still needs some love.

Just hoping to max the standard FG turbo, then look at supporting 350 when the baby dies and I upgrade

Call , Nizpro , plazmaman, PWR and Process West and ask for the biggest cooler they have that requires NO cutting. IE body modifications.

PWR and Process West do stepped coolers , so absolute ZERO cutting..

Then see if it suits your power goal..
