Ive found a brand new gtx 3582r front housing on ebay for 1650$ any reasons as to whyni shouldnt buy that one and just bolt up to std fg turbo housing?

Unknown condition (unless it's coming from a reputable suplier)

Chinese Garrett copy (Honeywell get the Garrett turbo made in China but have heard that some other factory was making cheaper knock-offs --- scarey)

.............

Having said that, deffinately go the 82 coz you keep coming back to that in most of your posts so if you go another turbo now, you'll probably always wonder "what if" (if your anything like me) but IMHO, get it from a real shop just for the 'peace of mind' factor
