boost69 Donating Members 737 Member For: 19y 6m 4d Posted 16/04/15 01:12 AM Author Share Posted 16/04/15 01:12 AM Guys,I just changed my ctalytic converter, from stock, to a high flow one, I will let you know if this has any effect on the pinging.The reason I suspect it's my cat is because the car was barely making 4PSI of boost and was pinging stock. (actuator was ok, and there was no boost leaks)Since the car was custom tuned prior to the cat, should I be getting the tune looked at again now that the new cat has gone in?Is there a chance the cat might cause a lean condition?
