injectors (and in-line fuel pump??), cat and tune = the "Frank pack" as it's known = ~310rwkw and a high11 sec pass for ~$2k (this is including SCT tuner, would be cheaper for HP tune) :P

same thing with E85 tune = 330rwkw and mid to low 11 sec pass for $2.5-3k

FG's are awesomely fast vehicles when even kept relatively stock.

What about the pipe kit and K&N filter ?

That price also included a major ( all fluids service yes all fluids not some but miss all the important ones )

Now whose infront ?

Trust me we were the cheapest by a country mile ;)

Pipe kit is unnecessary as you know, it's just helpful.

K&N filter by itself does practically nothing over a clean stock air filter and you know it :P

I wasn't doubting you were in front in terms of a cheap/quality product combination.

A pipe kit is a must without a doubt, those stock pipes are fukt from factory most come in barely hanging onto the hot side as it is and a bunch split as soon as u give it some boost, not even worth hanging onto

We tried to keep them on the F6 as long as we could ( and did ) but it looked bloody messy with the twin clamps half the pipes need to grip

So yes it is needed ;)

And the K&N is about serviceability, a few stock replacements and its paid for its self

It is about getting value for your dollar where you can and we know a filter a few months old does NOT flow no where near the new one does so the K&N comes out in front again as you can clean it every week if you choose

As I said many times we were here to help people :)

Yep gotta love value for dollar.

Basically the same approach I took with the BA running stock motor/BTR/stock stall 3" cat back exhaust to run the 10.99@129.2mph 17psi GTX3582.

Going as fast or faster with basic stuff sure gives a good feeling as you know when the good stuff comes out its next level again :)

Hey WB....one more question...how much power can the fg f6 injectors support?

330rwkw? More?

Do you have an experience?

Most of my Google searching came up with 310-320rwkw being the maximum? (with some pushing more but being at 100% Duty Cycle).

One thread stated whether it is wise to go above 85% DC and apparently not?

Injectors have a physical limit , a data suggested limit and then what the calibrator of choices limit is

So many factors, no clear cut answer

If you were to ask how far I would take an injector the answer would be to no greater than 90% the injector's manufacturer's stated maximum is for our fuel pressure

Whatever power that produces it produces ;)

Cheers
