You and Jet are both saying there's not negative effect from the air to air but now your saying it flares when cold?Have you held a PWR cooler in your hand and compared it to the stock cooler? The sheer weight difference would suggest to most people it's highly unlikely that a comparison in quality or likelihood of failure can be made. Cold you run a pwr and oil to air together. I think I have read somewhere if you giving the car a thrashing for a long time the pwr can over heat the trans or something.
