midisound.com has some excellent components- I ordered some of my car audio off them- scanspeak, seas, peerless, tangband, morel, zapco, mosconi, dynaudio, HAT.

I would recommend that (although I wouldnt buy based on any online reviews) you join an audiophile forum(s) and read as much as you can.

the masses will give you a good idea of what to look for, and what to avoid. knowledge is power.

Going off topic, now aren't we.

I have been looking at TVs lately especially with this thread getting me brain cells working.

How many of the newer TVs out there don't have smarts?

Almost all TVs in the vicinity of +$2500 will have smarts.

Anyone got links to a TV which is LED and has 100/200hz screen?
