99auxr New Member 8 Member For: 11y 7m 10d Posted 19/04/15 09:49 AM Author Share Posted 19/04/15 09:49 AM (edited) Is the wideband faulty then also as the gauge read leaner when the pressure dropped didn't it?I take it from reading that article you suspect the heat issue in the glycerine filled gauge?Wide band came right after I recalibrated the controller, after I recalibrated the controller I noticed the the gauge was read low fuel pressure again but AFR was fine. So jumped on google and found that the heat in the engine bay can cause the liquid filled gauges to read low and to get a correct measurement all you have to do is 'burp' the gauge and release the pressure in the gylcerine by removing the bung in the top.
