At first I thought it might be the wastegate flapper bouncing around or something, but then thoughts moved to something a bit more sinister, Im thinking broken timing chain tensioner. It could sound a little like a slapping chain. Can someone confirm what it sounds like pls?

The noise does sound clear so I'm thinking external to the block (ie an idler)
