I'm trying too understand this "Jims Turbo" Deal.

So he uses the small turbo and makes it a bit bigger?

Does this turbo now fall somewhere between a small and big turbo?

Also Gunna I would be very careful about using that turbo if you're chosen tuner hasn't tuned one before.

You don't want to become somebody's development mule.

In fact I would only use what you're tuner is experienced, comfortable or more importantly recommends.

I am also not sure about the turbo choice. The advice above is worth considering gunna.

most tuners can make most injectors appear to work correctly, but having correct data that is not producible in a workshop environment can mean a better operating injector and car, but back to the main point, they are 980cc injectors

Got a link to the bosch release?

my bosch data has them rated at 3 bar which is what Bosch and most manufacturers test them at, of course any injector will flow more at higher pressure until a point where they cant handle the pressure

Please message Julian from AI on Facebook and I am sure he can get you the BOSCH release.

I have had the KPM injectors before also and I assume the scaling has been rectified on them as it was rather lean to begin with the supplied data?

Im just going by what I am told and not at all fussed if I am wrong at the end of the day....means I learn and so does somebody else it would appear.

I do prefer multiple orifice spray though but that's a personal view I guess.

I have the Bosch data, there I'd more to injector data than just the slopes which is what most people think. We have had no issues with supplied data if the fuel system is operating correctly
