Has to run a load rated light truck tyre16inch wheel onlyThat's the part that I don't get - there are tyres larger than 16" diameter that have high load ratings. On Falcon sedans, the required minimum load rating is 93. For wagons and utes the minimum is 95. That's why I need to make sure that tyres that go on my taxi (BFIII wagon) have a load rating of at least 95.I don't know if this ute requires a higher load rating than 95, but there are plenty of 17" and 18" tyres with load ratings of 97 and 98. Wheels with a 1,000kg load rating also exist.I still don't get it... why stick to 16"?

Like a said, qld transport are difficult. Its the size of the rim that cannot be changed phil, not an issue of wether larger load rated tyres are available. Its retarded coz karnts buy style sides, whack a tray on it and run whatever they want all the while overloaded. Yet if its registered as a 1 tonne and the po po see larger wheels they are all over it. Can thank wankers in "mini trucks" for that. Go buy a can of "Wurth - Rost Off Ice" Best stuff I have used on rusty or tight bolts, it won't help the bolts that broke already but at least if you spray all the others they will just come out a hell of a lot easierCrc or WD40 are useless compared to the Wurth stuff Just don't rush anything and you won't get to many problems
