^^he cant coz 16" rims. T3's, PMU pads and braided lines is about as good as its going to get. Parachute maybe?

The fg engine was a great buy at those km's and will max out the turbo he has safely. Whats the point of any more than 450ish with a btr?

I have just finished doing the rotor and pad replacements on my car today.

I had issues with shudder on the DBA T3s, but I believe that was due to the previous pads.

I had the DBA T3s skimmed and have had them in the garage for a few weeks now.

I finally gained the courage and momentum to get it all done today and I am glad I did.

DBA T3 rotors FTW!!!!!!!!!!

Mate them up with the Bendix ultimates for the best bite!

The braided lines help reduce the spongey feeling when hitting the brake pedal. By getting the braided lines, you reduce the distance the brake pedal has to travel when hitting the brakes.

Don't skimp out on the brakes.

Far out, I hope you get started soon and upload HEAPS of pics man!!!!!

Watching anxiously.

My mates tonner now has a full 4 inch system just past the diff ,looks huge .It is a full stainless system (dump back only cost him close to $2000 )but looks mint ,full custom job . mine will be a slow progress that is for sure ,as I will also get my seats reupholstered in black .

T3's - for what you want to do with your car.

I wouldn't even bring them into the equation at the moment.

Stopping is one of the things where stock isn't going to be a place where you need to be spending money upgrading from.

Decent pads is what you should be looking for, rather than fixing what isn't broken.

after powerplay the brakes were stuffed ,even after the first fast lap they were no good no more . so they are a must , I want to even fit new seals to the callipers . have allowed up to $1300 for them ,that is with full synthetic brake fluid and braded lines .

No argument here - brakes are my bugbear :)

T3 might be overkill was all I was suggesting - T2's with decent fluid and pads "may" suffice

edit: hell - stock rotors with decent pads and fluid may suffice

got the fluid changed before powerplay , but made no difference . the pedal failed me once and had to pump it to get them back ,scary sh*t . after that I stoped accelerating way before the barriers . so T3 might not be necessary ? T2 would be fine . I rather spend the extra and get the better once if they work better
