This morning I weighed in. Three days around the same weight. 17kgs down since I started gym my goal is another 13. Should hopefully smash that out this twelve week challenge. Just on 6 months doing gym. 12 weeks dedication and I will get to my target weight. So happy right now. :D:D

smashed out the legs last night for the max, almost vomited doing those 4 * 20 calf raises last

jumped on the scales this morning was 84.7, so finally hit my first goal of being under 85, next one will be 80 and see how it goes might even hit the 70's by the end of the challenge

How did everyone go with the first week of the challenge. I managed to drop 4.5kgs. 11 weeks to go.
