Maybe next time. I weighed in at 98.85kgs after my last weekend of fun. (Pizza & beers)Did 45mins cardio and 45 mins weights.Drank 1.5L of water and after my workout I weighed back in at 98.15kgs.So is that just water weight lost through sweat lose or is that water and fat getting burnt? My mate set me a goal. He did the challenge last year and said for the first 4 weeks do 150 crunches each day. After 4 weeks 300 and after 8 weeks 450-500 each day. Doesn't have to be all in one set. He ended up getting abs that you could wash clothes on. 150 down today already ill do some more tonight.Happy times:D

I found when I stuck to it for like 2 months once I was sustainability loosing 2-3kgs a week for the first month and then maybe a kg a week during the second month.
