At the end of the day it's a personal choice, but ford solid  product and my new car experience has bee stuffed after my many calls to a very unhelpful dealer ship!!!!

I know what you mean by unhelpful dealerships. I feel bad for the ones that are helpful cause I wouldnt dare trying another unless someone could show me they were helpful and not just pricks like all the aholes ive seen so far, sydney just doesnt have any good ones from what I have experienced..

Hitman who is your dealer in Sydney?

I have problems with my leather too.

I found out today that City Ford got someone else to do the leather in my ute instead of using the factory leather.

I am planning on getting them fixed but would much rather get the factory seats instead.

junior,

Dale ford at banks town is my ford dealer, so don't use them at all.

Get after market leather because they are 100% leather, all ford will do is replace the seat till your warranty runs out or you give up, they will not fix the factory  up in the seat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scootre

The seats were supposed to be factory fitted, but at the time of build there was a delay in getting leather so city ford got a company in Sydney to do it and I only found out about it yesterday.

The factory seats in my opinion are better, compared to other peoples T's my seats are a little harder and the leather seems to be stretching too easy leaving large creases in the seat where you sit

I think the leather option was $1015 or something for a ute.
