Hey guys,

Finally got around to fitting my 1400Hp CV's and hub kits, Eaton Truetrac, Nolathane Side bushes and Dual Diff Bush Hat Upgrade Kit.

Rear end is so refined now, its completely transformed the car and no increase in NVH, its actually quieter now. Enjoy..

Sounds like there's finally a solution to these sh!t diff bushes

Please keep us updated!

Did you happen to weigh the new CVs against the old ones?

Curious how much heavier they are.

awesome!

would the standard single front bush nolathane style fit into the twin holders? I'm sh*t at explaining....but just wondering whether the two bushes that replace the one bush.....whether those 2 bushes are slightly smaller in size than the single. Does that make sense lol

Cause I assume those 2 bushes are the ones supplied in the kit?

hey mate, no they are a different size.

Also anybody wishing to do these mods in the future or even if just upgrading Cv's may need to space your rear shock slightly inward by around 5mm to clear the CV joint's socket head capscrews from hitting your shock absorber or in my case the coil over adjuster when the CV is turning..

Have driven the car all weekend and everything seems to be settled in very well.. No dramas at all and the rear end really holds down well now, instead of ending up sideways in first and second when launching it, car seems to just hold the rear straight now and progresses to the next gear. A major improvement on traction and no more broken diff bush ever again. Anybody thinking of doing these mods, its well worth it :)

Holy mother of expensive.

I'm guessing... 8k done and dusted?

Would be awesome to finally be at ease knowing the car isn't going to break whatever you do to it though

fantastic result!

I have heard that fixing the main bush just transfers the shock loads to the "next weakest link", but it appears the driveshafts, cv's and diff swapout combination could be a winner here :)

8k?? hell no.. cv's $2600, independent motorsport diff hat (last steel one in country) $750, eaton truetrac - $750, various bearings, loctites etc $300, and installation cost - $500. cost all up just under $5k
