You already have a nice cooler and suitable hot side piping. Shortening the cold side will assist you with the spool, as well as make the power with less boost. As previously mentioned, you will need a 12 psi actuator and given a tidy up of the exhaust housing, the turbo will be adequate. Valve springs are a must and unless the engine is tired, leave it be... Without having any knowledge of your injectors, fuel pumps etc. It is hard to comment further or make recommendations.Just be careful not to over think and overspend on unnecessary items/parts, that will not give great power to $$$ yield (Cams).
