Talk to your tuner. Tell him what you want out of the car and see what he can do with your current setup. 12lb actuator to start with.

Realistically, you don't need to spend a great deal of money to get you to your desired power level. You already have a nice cooler and suitable hot side piping. Shortening the cold side will assist you with the spool, as well as make the power with less boost. As previously mentioned, you will need a 12 psi actuator and given a tidy up of the exhaust housing, the turbo will be adequate. Valve springs are a must and unless the engine is tired, leave it be... Without having any knowledge of your injectors, fuel pumps etc. It is hard to comment further or make recommendations.

Just be careful not to over think and overspend on unnecessary items/parts, that will not give great power to $$$ yield (Cams).

Just my 2 cents...

Have a look around, they were selling brand new f6 short engines for under 3k. Would be enough for power goal

could just get a newish fg motor and add valve springs. Your only going for 360ish.

People keep talking about "F" and "B" cams.

Does anyone know the specs for both these cams ,lift, duration @.050" , lobe centres etc?

The other thing is the T400.

There was a T700 which is essentially a T400 (or could be T350 can't remember) with an overdrive fitted.

Might be worth looking at.
