So which ADR is it impossible to meet with a car that has been tuned?

ADR 79/03 - euro 5 emissions

and

ADR 83 - external noise

I'm not trying to burst anybody's bubble, I am just sharing what was drilled into me on my 5 day roadworthy course I did

Everything you can think of arguing with the government has an answer to it

Increasing engine output power by 20% is a no-no in Vic I think too.

Probably a good reason not to get a "before" and "after" dyno run

OP - did you recently buy the car without a RWC and are looking to get the vehicle in your name now?

I'm working on a new milatary vehicle & they'd like that to be euro 6 compliant. Thing weighs 8 tonne, f*cking dream on. Not saying what is or isn't legal here, but unless you specify 100% the procedure for each car, results will change. Even slight temp change on a day will change it.

Besides, after 50,000k the cats & O2 sensors are half rooted anyway, so if you tested my stock focus it wouldn't pass
