The later generation chargers are very safe in the way they operate. Did the lipo's not have a temp prob to monitor them?6amps is enough to maintain if it's in good condition but won't save a battery that's been abused (if flattened and only partially recharged multiple times)You need to step up to a 10 to 15 amp charger for that sort of work and unless you're using it across multiple vehicles it's not cost effective. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
