Bluetooth Music

hi all I have just bought a 2009 turbo ghia, I was just curious apart from phone calls can you play music threw the bluetooth, if so what am I doing wrong cause music is playing, bluetooth volume is up on phone yet no music. any help would be great thanks

haha no way that sucks it even says audio on it when it syncs, just watched a youtube clip you can buy a bluetooth adaptor that plugs into where you would put the aux cable adaptor.

ahwell off to audio shops tomorrow see if I can find an adaptor

Yeah, it shat me to no end in my 2010 XR50T...They gave you Bluetooth for your phone, but only for phone calls...it's like dangling a carrot in front of your face...

how did you get around the issue? mine hasnt even got the aux adaptor, didnt check it as thought "hey an aux adaptor has to be standard in 2009", aparently not for fords, dont get me wrong im blue oval all over, though got to admit they let their fans down lately. hey I just realised your a local to.

I just bought a cheap ipod and left it plugged into the ipod cable in the centre console, I preferred being able to control it through the ICC screen anyway. If yours doesn't have the ipod cable I'd hit up a car audio shop for solutions. Alternatively MR FPV over on the Australian Ford Forums (and Ebay) sells conversion kits for the FG MK2 ICC to retrofit it into an MK1...so that's another option, as the MK2 ICC plays bluetooth audio.
