Just did the MR2 Ultimate Trackday challenge and the car seems to be leaking exhaust either from between:

1. The block and exhaust manifold
(Metal gaskets were recently replaced)

2. Exhaust manifold and Turbo
(One bolt was loose but tightening makes little difference to sound. Turbo was recently serviced too)

Just interested if it's obviously 1 or 2 above.

Getting a mechanic to check out next week.

Sounds worse in this video than from the cabin.

Paul, have you checked that all the bolts are still in place in the rear housing on the turbo? I had a couple of them come loose in my BA

The bolts that go in here CHRA-Rear housing

Cheap way to check is to cut about a metre length off your garden hose, stick one end to your ear and poke the other end around those gaskets, you should be able to find exactly where it is leaking by the change in sound. This has worked for me before several times
