The block and exhaust manifold(Metal gaskets were recently replaced)2. Exhaust manifold and Turbo(One bolt was loose but tightening makes little difference to sound. New Zealand Posted 21/01/15 06:16 AM Share Posted 21/01/15 06:16 AM Cheap way to check is to cut about a metre length off your garden hose, stick one end to your ear and poke the other end around those gaskets, you should be able to find exactly where it is leaking by the change in sound.
