Or turn key to on position but don't start the car. Take off the crossover etc in front of the throttle body and watch the butterfly as you push the pedal. It won't go a full 90° though I'm pretty sure. More like 85°? Also, it will shake in position, I'm told this is normal (by the guy above actually hahaha).

If you feel your car is sluggish try cleaning the throttle body and boost solenoid (REMEMBER TO RECONNECT THE HOSE OR IT OVER BOOSTS!)

Logging FTW. And since it's electronic, you can log a commanded throttle position but also the actual throttle position, if I remember correctly? IE foot to the floor doesn't mean full throttle is what the car will actually decide to do.
