I only just started looking into the F6's in the last week and the only two manuals I can find are both utes, I love my ZF box, but my left foot misses a clutch pedal even more, I was just curious - is there any reason to this? Were the Tremecs bad? Or is everyone with a manual too busy loving their car?

Fun factor though, the manuals are great. The TR6060's can be a bit hit and miss with respects to rollover noise and grinding going into 2nd gear under load...luck of the draw really. But it's just getting boring driving now and slowly getting over the whole 'women drive autos' for the last few years. At the end of the day it's a daily driver which will hardly face traffic (shift work) and ET's down the 1/4 are being forced to the back of the mind as we all know where chasing the next hundredth leaves us...I've had a little gander over the forums here and there looking for issues with the MKII F6, all I could find was the usual diff noises and axel tramp, plastic interior, clutch noises etc. anything major other than that now they've been around for a few years? You will have lots more choice and also pay less.

The dealer is trying to pull some stupid sh*t!Its $52,490 + on roads. Which I think I read should be right on the 60k mark drive away. Just call a few different dealerships and someone will be able to do the deal for around 60k. Might be a little wait though...while it gets built. I would expect mid to late this year? Some dealers are carnts and just trying to make a quick buck for these "last falcons"..I.e. someone recently posted a link to a 2013 F6 for 85k...ridiculous!!!! The next manual is due in March apparently.Figured it'd be easier to settle for a F6 which has been run in and I still get the old turbo boost with damn close to the same power for 10-15k less than RRP+ORC for the XR8, let alone the extra 15k 'market value' cost.Just need to wait until a manual pops up, even though this bad boy has been haunting me for a few days - http://www.carsales.com.au/dealer/details/Ford-Performance-Vehicles-F6-2012/AGC-AD-17044557/?Cr=5&sdmvc=
