Is there any trick in ensuring that it doesn't crack, such as work on it while it is still warm etc?The PCV is a different story, I plan to run an inline can again however I am not sure where I should put the can. I have read about not wanting to pressurise the can so I mush plumb in behind the PCV valve, however I am not 100% sure which that is.The first picture is the setup I plan on running unless anyone has a better idea? The next three are where I am confused as to where I should put the can inline. The last is the Catch Cans I have bought off FleabayAny help would be appreciated. Also is there a way I can degrease the inside of the intercooler and pipes without removing it from the car?(Might be a stupid question) Edited 06/01/15 10:03 AM by ullysses

Done about 10,000km, so far no issues, oil stays clean and no sludge build up.Edit: Capped the unused PCV vac line of course.
