Yes I have also read the wrist hrm is crap in a lot of cases

Reason being the main artery runs in the inside of your wrist not the top of your wrist... And with the moving of the watch etc.... It means it is very innacuracte... Hence why I selected the chest hrm

Just dont want to wear a strap around my chest. New goal. Be a fat lazy karnt the last 3 weeks so the next 5 week the rest of the maxs challenge im aiming to lose 5 to 8 kgs. Get me down to 88 or 85. Be alright if you could do a 30 day trial of these things and if they are sh*t return them and get your money back like the crap on tv.

101kg this morning at the end of week 4. Sooooo close to being into double digits! Will be well in there by the end of this swing of work, so that's rad. Was really hoping to be under 100kg by today, but can't really complain about losing 14kg in 4 weeks.

Down 20kgs overall now since I first went to the doctor.

So this is kinda cool, this is a tracker on the Optifast site. Red line is my projected weight loss for the intensive phase of the Optifast program. Blue line is my actual weight loss to date, with weekly weigh ins. Helps put into perspective, for myself, that I'm f*cking smashing it

Again, this doesn't include the 6kgs I lost before starting Optifast.

Well after two weeks of feeling like poo I'm feeling good again.

But my routine has been broken and need to get it going again.

Watch this space and kick my ass if required.

so I used my heart rate monitor for a motox race today. first one is practice. only 3 laps, but im real unfit. my heart rate got up to 140 just sitting on the start line

Second pic is what happens during a race when you crash and knock yourself out. Heart rate just falls away. Couldnt remember the day or where I was for 15 mins. First time ive ever done that, even after 10 years of racing
