And with the moving of the watch etc.... It means it is very innacuracte... Hence why I selected the chest hrm Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/89870-fit-bit-stuff/page/87/#findComment-1539492 Share on other sites

Sooooo close to being into double digits! Will be well in there by the end of this swing of work, so that's rad. Was really hoping to be under 100kg by today, but can't really complain about losing 14kg in 4 weeks. Down 20kgs overall now since I first went to the doctor. 3 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/89870-fit-bit-stuff/page/87/#findComment-1539849 Share on other sites

Red line is my projected weight loss for the intensive phase of the Optifast program. Blue line is my actual weight loss to date, with weekly weigh ins. Helps put into perspective, for myself, that I'm f*cking smashing it Again, this doesn't include the 6kgs I lost before starting Optifast. 2 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/89870-fit-bit-stuff/page/87/#findComment-1539930 Share on other sites

Heart rate just falls away. Couldnt remember the day or where I was for 15 mins.
