Pretty stoked

Pumped a PB this morning on squats and did better then I even realised

It was only after talking to some girls at the gym and a body builder at work I realised most of the girls can only squat the bar

I am up to a 5kg plate a side

So the bar is 20kg plus 10kg

So squatting 30kg :)

I am pretty happy about that :)

Except the fact I now can't walk down stairs at walk and almost have to slide on my ass like a dog

There is this kiwi chick at my gym fluff. Shes farking crazy. I have seen her squat 80 + the bar. Big legs though. Gos on the cross trainer for a hour straight. Freak. She leg presses like 160 to.

Keep it up and you will feel fine after a few weeks. My first leg session after a break I went over board with calfs and was farked for 3 to 4 days. Pb though 100kg calf standing calf raises. 4 sets of 15.

Bit of a thread hijack

But gotta thank this thread for getting me off my arse at lunchtime today

Was reading it and got me going, pushed out a solid 20min back workout in the little gym me and my brother and mates have set up on the mezzanine of our workshop next door over the years

Now married with a kid and been 12-18 months since I've set foot in there

Feel better for it already - deadlifts FTW!!!

Hit my goal weight today!!!!!

107kg in the raw, 108.4kg fully clothed on the gym scales after breakfast! Super stoked!

Going to treat myself tomorrow and buy myself some new gym clothes!

If someone told me 18 months ago I'd be lighter than what I was when I returned from deployment I would have laughed and laughed and laughed! I honestly never thought I'd get back down to 107.
