In full site clobber (Steel Caps, drill pants and shirt). 93.1kg.. Happy with that.. I usually weigh in the raw.. But I forgot this time..Revising my goals.. I keep telling myself I'll be happy with 90kg.. But I think now I need to revisit that and shoot for 85kg

I was pretty lean in high school and was 68kgs when I finished. Lowest I got in uni was 74.5kgs and people were telling me I looked too skinny. I dunno, I was pretty happy with how I looked at that weight, so that's what I'm aiming for.

But 85 Was comfortable.. If I get to 85 And swap a bit of fat for muscle at that weight.. I will be BMI of 23.. Currently it is about 24.. BMI isn't everything I know.. but I like it as a guide.. But when I was seeing a personal trainer before my wedding a couple of years ago we didn't really use the total weight as a gauge for my goals. We focused on Body Fat percentage. This worked really well for me since I am tall and fairly solid set I would look gaunt under 100kg. Example: When I started I was 128kg with 34% body fat. After a couple of months I got down to 114-115kg with 28.5% body fat. Another month on and I was 117kg with 26% body fat. I was still a ways off being fully ripped and shredded bro but my overalls physical condition was improving and I was waayyyyyyy fitter than I ever have been. I suppose what I'm trying to say is, don't get fixed on a KG figure - especially guys - because with weight training you can still reduce fat and build mass at the same time.

Hence saying 'It's a guide'.But I am using weight and feeling of fitness as targets.. The weight target is largely because when I was 85kg I was reasonably fit (according to Body Fat scales I was around 11%). But at that weight and fitness level I didn't snore.. When I wasn't snoring I felt sh*tloads better..

I totally agree with the snoring thing though - my wife lets me know daily that I sound like a freight train!
