Bit of a update!

Ive had a bit of a bad week last week - Foo Fighters concert last Thursday, and then a big weekend in Canberra, definately didn't do the diet or exercise plan any good! Way too much to drink, and junk/greasy food was the order for the days!

But im back into it this week, had a great day yesterday with shrekus jnr, im working today and got some big nights at work coming up too, so that should crank my steps, get me back on the horse, and eating better.

If you do fall off the horse, just shake yourself off, and get back on!

Thanks again to my motivator for keeping my eyes on the prize, and inspiring me!

Good job mate.

I actually believe sugar plays an important part in your diet. But you need to eliminate excess sugars like soft drinks or sugar in coffee etc

Weighed myself again this week, even though I had a mass bender of a Saturday/Sunday, I am still a kg down for the week :)

So I rewarded myself lmao

Stevia.. f*cking sh*t.

Would rather cut sugar completely than have that.

I get bloated and could far the doors off a car from the inside when I have artificial sweeteners. Was really surprised I reacted the same way to Stevia.

I hate all sugar alternates

And most are worse for u than sugar

Once u understand how the artificial sweetener works it's also way worse on your body and pancreas, liver etc than real sugar

That's the reading I have done anywhoooo
