Wish I could say the same fluff.. this intermediate build plan diet is kicking my ass.

Have gone from not even eating breakfast last couple of years to this.

This morning I had to have an 8 egg omelette, 4 pieces of wholegrain toast plain and 1 cup of oats plain with milk. I was dry heaving trying to get that down haha.

Just had lunch which was 2 cups of brown rice, 200g of tuna, a large salad and 50g of almonds. Couldn't get through it in one sitting.

Body isn't used to eating so much. I'm hoping it will get used to it as we go on and start training.

HOWEVER! To be supportive, stick with it fluff, the first week will be totally sh*t...but once you're past that it does get much easier.

Toast, oats, yogurt, chicken & veg, 2 shakes

Tonight chicken & veg & a night time shake.

Fluff get maxs nite time. Great with water but if you mix it with milk its a thick shake. Desert every night. A healthy one anyway.

Cmon guys and gal pull through this!!!

First week is always poo poo, but after that it gets easier.

Just think of something to motivate you..... Why are you doing this??? To pass the police physical?? To overcome a life hurdle??? To show the ex what they are missing out on??? Or to look smoking hot and be in top shape for someone special in your life???

that's what I used...whenever I thought I was doing ok id just think of my motivator and bam, id be going harder and push myself!!! Or whenever I have bad food cravings I just thought "well do you want to do this or not? what would your motivator say or do?" That chit worked wonders for me, and to this day still is.

Speaking of subject changes,

I just entered a challenge on vivo - 100K step challenge. I won last weeks challenge, so ill see how I go on this weeks challenge.

Sitting there eating spoons of oats is torture. I'd blend em up raw with the protein and water and skull it. Lumpy and gross but it's gone in a few gulps

Used to have this for breakfast a bit when I was late for work..

So I just found some extra motivation for Max's challenge

I have been to scared to weigh myself since just before I got my vivo because I haven't changed my diet much and was scared it would de motivate me ... Well I decided to give it a go this morning since I needed to get an accurate weight

I've lost just shy of 5kg since I bought my vivo 2 months ago!

Pretty happy

Don't actually feel much different

I felt a few things like jeans getting looser but I just thought they were stretching lol
