Yep no alcohol

Following the plan to the exact and working my ass off

Just did some food prep for the first half of the week.

Bloody kitchen is 100000 degrees though lol

I'd be curious as to what u guys plan looks like

I got oats with protein for brekky Tommoro,

A tuna garden salad with brown rice and home made dressing.

And then a shake after work out which I do in the morning so I will have my apple and almonds which are meant to be morning at night time

Then a 150g lean steak with broccoli and green veg or Salad for tea

Then a shake before bed as well.

Cook oats first with water in the microwave . Then make the shake and add it to it to smooth it out. that's my breakfast every morning for the last 5 months.

Oh yeah serrena tuna is the best.

Yellow fin tuna steaks at Woolworths this week. 1 kg for only $13 not $29 winning

Ok so ate my crappy oats this morning got to the gym and realised my membership expired two days ago

Oh great... Thanks so much anytime, coz the four months free you owed me from locking me out for for months wasn't even given to me but ok thanks lol

Well anywho I rang fernwoof and they have a 30 day free trial at the gym five mins from my house ... Are 24/7 access and manned from 6am Aswell

Well fhuk u anytime lol

Guess I'll be doing my workout after work instead of before then lol

Speaking of which, battery warning last night on my Vivosmart and then this morning realised I managed to leave my charger in Perth...lame! No Vivo until I get home on Wednesday now :ermm: Oh well, as Kimbo would say, at least the body remembers!

so start the max challenge today, had my monster cheat day yesterday with uncle surprise 60th birthday and dinner catch up with the league coach (I was his assistant till my son decided to quit league this year)

topped of the night with some nutella desert pizza :giverose:

initial weigh in 85.9, my first goal when I started in November was 85, almost there.. my next goal is 80 which I hope to hit soon

so far those oats with water and a touch of yoghurt to give it some taste

max super shred

lunch is going to be tuna salad, with a handful of almonds, another shake, dinner some lean steak/or chicken breast which ever the wife cooks then at 10:30-11 hit the gym
