On a personal note thought I had a ball tearer of a day yesterday and was looking forward to a weigh in under 108 kg.

Got a 109 kg, WTF, yeah I know body fluctuates water retention, bodily functions etc etc.

But my weigh ins are every morning after going to the toilet so they are consistent.

Just have to trust the system.

Negativity calories every day, if I miss a day shake it off and get back on the horse.

Weights as well as HIIT so I can retain as much muscle during weight loss.

Be consistent.

Still a kg up shook me for a minute or two.

You counting calories as well as doing all this exercise?

Still plenty more you can do before you hit plateaus and slow periods.

Want to name your motivator, or is it enough that he/she knows who your talking about?

I think it's time for some serious goal setting. You have shown you have the motivation, you have the support and it appears the discipline. Now set some goals and kick ass.

Umm I kinda am counting calories, im using myfitnesspal to keep a eye on things, but im not super strict.

Ive just changed a few things too - instead of driving to the gym I try and ride my bike, and I bought a kids trailer for my bike that I put jnr shrekus in, that's working wonders! We ride together everywhere, and he loooooves it!!! Let alone towing a additional 18kg behind my bike.....

It takes a while to dial in myfitnesspal. Getting in the habit is the hardest.

It can be scary just how many calories are in the things we like to eat.

You have Garmin synced with myfitnesspal?

Looks like Andy777 is using "myfitness pal" for the Calories side of things.

Does this integrate into the "Garmin connect" program? or do you have to transfer the entries across?

So besides the Garmin connect program, what else is everyone using?
