My New Years resolution was to get to 113. I hit my first initial goal this morning of 113kg, well 113.3kg to be exact! Im over the moon!!! Im 186cm tall.Next goal is 109, that's the lightest ive been since ive been with my current employer. That was approx 3 years ago.Clothes fit me a whole lot better now, I've definately got more motivation, my mindset has improved 11ty billion %, im more fitter, im more everything!Thank you to everyone for your motivation, making the vivo groups, and a big thanks to Fluff for making this thread.and also a massive shout out to my motivator, you have pushed me past the point. You know the point, when you think "yep, cant go any harder"well I then have a think, and it pushes me even fricken harder. My life has never been better. You counting calories as well as doing all this exercise?Still plenty more you can do before you hit plateaus and slow periods. Want to name your motivator, or is it enough that he/she knows who your talking about?I think it's time for some serious goal setting. You have shown you have the motivation, you have the support and it appears the discipline. Now set some goals and kick ass.
