going by those pictures, 13% would be about the guess haha - not quite as lean as the 10-12% (only a bit more) but more lean than the 15% one, is my guess.

Not sure that it's accurate, though.

a2788076d86835edd41157ee33e28027.jpg. 13 percent body fat.

It's now not guess or I rekon. But and educated and informed start point.

Sometimes mowing your start point allows better goal setting and a more educated path to said goals.

20 sounds familiar for a BMI (maybe 19 but I was very marginally leaner then). But like I mentioned earlier, BMI I know as a load of :bs: , so I took very little notice to it (that was 9 years ago) :P

Good day for me today. Had to go to the post office this morning, which is around 2km away so I decided to walk instead of drive. Turns out the default distance based on my height etc seems pretty accurate. Vivosmart reckoned 4.21km for the round trip and Google maps reckons 4.2km.

Then stopped over my folks place this evening and they were taking the dog for a walk so I went along too. Currently sitting on the sofa with 13,705 steps under my belt today :)
