Went to the shops ... Parked on the other side of the shopping centre to get to Coles... Then walked the ramp instead of the lift ... Then walked around seven times coz forgot stuff ...

Then remembered I left my vivo next to my bed charging lmao

My days not at work are my most active and I've worked six days this week so forgetting to put it on and track has pissed me off hahah

Im on a roll!!! (not sausage roll)

Im seeing the improvements in my wellbeing and my life partially due to my weight loss and fitness improvement - its driving me to watch what I eat (as it goes in my mouth) and motivating me to hit the gym whenever I can!

Plus my main motivator is just inspiring me to push myself further!!!

For me it's still a grind.

Years and years of fitness and these days cannot be f*cked.

Having said that down 4.5 kg and being consistent. Hoping, praying that the gym bug bites again.
