Mine struggles with syncing sometimes. Like right now my device says I've done 6920 steps so far today, but the app still has like 100 and something...despite making multiple attempts to sync it?Either way, I should probably start adding new activities when I do things. Went for a 4-5km brisk walk this morning. Wandered down to an oval near my house, did a few laps then wandered home again. Hit the steps goal on my Vivosmart before 10am (I choose sedentary as my activity level given I have a desk job at work , so that goal is only around 5,000 steps at the moment). Hooray for celebratory vibrations! Edited 18/01/15 02:51 AM by .Stripes.

If you follow them on Facebook they tell you. I reckon they can't keep up with the sales over Chrissy. 5000 steps is not enough. Heart Health recommend a minimum of 10000 steps. I to 5000 just sitting on my ass and watching TV all day.

Bonus is I've lost a 2-3 kgs since I went to the doctor a couple weeks back...so I'm making positive steps at least. Been eating much healthier too, feeling a bunch better already.

Next I think we should make pledges to targets we want to hit in a timeframe. Can be double edged though.

Good to see what others do and motivate each other. If your not active yet get into it.A shout out to MS700 who has put in some extremely impressive session. Hope I haven't embarrassed you mate. But dam that was a solid ride. Both ways.Nah bro all good. Once im in the zone, its game on!!!! Its also good motivation that you know people are noticing your hard work.Im thinking that my vivosmart investment is possibly one of the best things ive bought in a long time, even though ive only had it for a week or so. Its excellent how motivating it is, and its also great to be a part of a group - instead of putting up a hill, you know its all being logged and put on the web for all to see, so you definately push a bit harder, and you also don't want it advertised that you didn't hit your target steps for the day......Im seeing results, and they are encouraging.
