Don't use mine anymore. Was way to inaccurate while driving a truck. I would accumulate 1000's of steps over 100km. Seemed pointless wearing it if not accurate. Tried the missus one and it was still heaps inaccurate so gave up after that

I actually disagree gaz.

Cutting meals can mess with your metabolism. I believe weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise.

Instead of cutting meals people should eat better meals in smaller portions and healthier snacks more frequently. Once the body becomes 'hungry' it can go into starvation mode where it stores as much fat whenever it can.

Personally my biggest weight-loss tip to anyone is:

Veggies can be snacks and liquid calories are the devil (soft drink, fruit juice, flavoured milk).

Exercise is beneficial at making you feel better and improving your cardiovascular health. But by itself or mixed with stupid dieting it isn't going to create miracle weight loss for people.

Down to 81.85kg this morning from 92.3kg 3 weeks ago. So 10.45kg loss in 3 weeks...pretty stoked with that
