Myself I know marriage problems caused massive stress.. But by itself it isn't something that would get me down.. Throw in work/family/loss of loved ones/kid etc, it just adds up so bloody fast.. But I'm very sympathetic.. I know what it's like.. This year is my year of health.. Issues I plan on addressing are:Lose further 6kg,Get sleep apnoea dental appliance,Get hearing aids repaired,Stop eating both 200g bag of chips and iced coffee daily,Jog 10km..Progress on everything bar the jogging.. Not only am I very unbalanced and top heavy (lolol) which makes it hard ...
