It does.. But whats the point of wearing a fitness tracker if you can't read your text messages while showering/jacking off?

Alright!

So I weighed in at 113.2kg on the 5th January.

Jumped on the scales today - 111.9kg. A loss is a loss!

Im happy with that, 1.3kg down. Im really trying hard to square away my diet and nutrition, that seems to be half the battle......

My initial goal weight is 105kg. I did hit 102.9kg in September last year, but some close chick friends said I looked too gaunt. So ill hit 105, and see where im at. I bought myself some Gas Monkey T shirts for Xmas, they are a taaaaad tight (size L), so im looking forward to strutting my stuff in those bad boys real soon
