So I know how good an effort that 31000 was.Yeah did the National park walk from wattamolla to garie beach and back again with the mrs and a (competitive) mate and his mrsThat got me around 24000 and 170 flights (of stairs).By that night had about 26000 steps so was just lazing around around 10.30 and about to go to bed.Then my mate sends me a pic of his fitbit - 31000 steps and 205 flights.
