Playing sport is competitive and social, which makes it a lot easier to commit to and enjoy I find. Rather than just running out the time on a treadmill or crosstrainer you're actually interacting with other people and being challenged and competitive I get bored just going for a run...Playing any sort of sport will always push you harder than normal. I know when I race my pushbike my heart rate easily goes over 200, and I push myself to extremes. I never win, but you always want to do your absolute best in competitive environments. If I can be slightly competitive I give it twice as much effort as is required, or more effort than the other people. But I digressDug out my suit for tomorrow (f*cking suit to f*cking work.. WPMOT).. it bloody flogs me. Looks like I am suit shopping at lunch time before my evening meeting.

You guys almost inspired me....then I saw the bizkets diet... Edited 16/06/15 04:00 AM by barnz
