Iv been smashing more beer but hit a peak of 94.65 last week monday and now was a 91.80 this morning. Eating really well and not over eating but yeah beers are my criptonite.

82.85kg this morning peeps! Now on my last week of the intensive phase of the Optifast. Really looking forward to a steak next week!

I can normally get close to 3mins with a plank. Then I do ten push ups the plank again. I do this 4 times until im a broken man. Im keen on the abs challenge. When does it start.

Righto this thread has gone a tad stale.

Time to publicly announce some goals and commit to them.

Me 110 kg about 22 percent body fat.

Aim 103 ish and around 15 percent body fat.

Deadlift 230 kg 3 reps

Going for a PR this sat hoping for 200 kg

Squat 170 kg 3 reps

Currently 130 kg

Bench 140 kg 3 reps

Currently 110 kg
