Decided after weeks of eating and drinking way too much to start back gyming and sh*t and optifast for a week as a detox

Omfg worst decision ever

Been living in the loo with all the water I've been consuming

Im up and down stairs today to access track and did legs yesterday. Got a pb on leg press. Stairs can go and get farked today. Sore as fark. Time for some chicken beans and broccoli. Good job fluff. If ya chucking its working. Or still hung over. Lol

So today is day-1 back on Optifast and no coffee/caffeine for me...this week should be fun :ermm:

Put a few kgs back and been feeling real bloated, sluggish and just really sh*t in general, so looking to flush all the bad sh*t out and get back on track. Aiming to do a lot more gym work too, build some muscle so my metabolism actually does something useful.

I actually put like 10kg back on since my lightest, 8kg since I'd stabilised and was eating normal food. So need to do something about it :ermm: Definitely ate and drank a lot of crap lately!
