Me

I've stabilised around 110 kg. my workouts are virtually all weights. With small bursts of cardio.

Moving house and it's been a nightmare. Will report back in a week when I get back from work and know where I'm sitting after eating normal good again.

Ok, 12 weeks Optifast intensive phase complete.

Am going to have to owe you a beer for pointing me at this one :)

Today's my 5th day on it. Started on tuesday at 114kg -(125+ at my heaviest) weigh in this morning was 108kg. Don't think I've been below 110kg in over a decade despite bouts of diets and exercise.

If it can get under the tonne I'll be over the moon - can't even wrap my head around another 10-20kgs under that. Going to be a hell of a change.
