I find it easier to smash out the squash rather than regular cardio. Playing sport is competitive and social, which makes it a lot easier to commit to and enjoy I find. Rather than just running out the time on a treadmill or crosstrainer you're actually interacting with other people and being challenged and competitive :) I get bored just going for a run...

Playing any sort of sport will always push you harder than normal. I know when I race my pushbike my heart rate easily goes over 200, and I push myself to extremes. I never win, but you always want to do your absolute best in competitive environments.

^^ WHS..

For me though it doesn't matter if it's car park wars, work, story telling or supermarket checkouts. If I can be slightly competitive I give it twice as much effort as is required, or more effort than the other people.

But I digress

Dug out my suit for tomorrow (f*cking suit to f*cking work.. WPMOT).. it bloody flogs me. Looks like I am suit shopping at lunch time before my evening meeting.

Since Sunday I've had, dominos, KFC, maccas and red rooster... 93kg, 6ft body fat is 20% which is probably average, lucky I work my ass off or I would be major fat kent.

Could defiantly loose a few but I think just a reasonable diet would do the trick. You guys almost inspired me....then I saw the bizkets diet...
