Good stuff mate! How are you finding it so far? What flavour shakes/desserts are you liking? Coffee and banana are my favourite shakes, they're yummy! And the chocolate dessert is rad! Biggest achievement will be keeping all this weight off now as a transition back to normal food. To be honest though, having broken all my self destructive patterns for 3 months I'm thinking about food differently, especially knowing what all the junk food and no exercise did to me! I don't really even WANT to eat that stuff now. Major excitement about having a nice steak and salad with some friends tonight to celebrate and catch up :)

Yea not to bad ae was surprised how un-hungry I was while just having shakes and the Veges for dinner. Have no trouble at all during the week with the diet. Few slip ups around the weekend with rugby though. Bit hard to say no to a few beers on a bus trip. don't even remember what I ate on the way home haha.

Can only find chocolate and vanilla at chemist warehouse that's it! Vanilla is gross but chocolate is nice. And havnt even seen the dessert. Where did you buy yours from??

Did you get the ones with 24 in the box? If so that's the old style...which is gross. You can buy it all online from the Optifast store. The ones with 12 in a box are much better...except caramel, that was gross! You can get a box with a variety of flavours so you can figure out what you like.

^^^ funny guy

See there's my issue lol.... CBF even doing 30mins of cardio a day....when I lost my weight 5 years ago I was doing 45-1hr of crosstrainer each day...tried a few weeks back and barely did 30mins :/

All good....I'll have to motivate myself soon enough cause put on all the weight back plus more :(

Just watch out when you move in with a Mrs....end up being fatties together hahaha

Even 30 mins 3 times a week of high intensity cardio will make a huge difference if you cut food as well.. I did it for 3 months last year trying to get hell cut and people started asking if I had an eating disorder. Haha

Bought my mum (mid 70's) a Fitbit charge for mothersday - she loves it and was looking for something like it prior (unknown to me)

The old man was so friggin jealous.

Got him a surge a few weeks later as an early xmas, fathersday, birthday pressie (figured it was better to get them both using them at the same time - strike while the iron is hot)

Huge mistake

Ever asked a vegan about their diet?

They don't stop talking about the things.

Been about a month now and today he wasn't able to chat to anyone while he was walking because he was counting his steps to check with what the watch tallied.

Meal time? - got to enter in the food

Daily updates on their sleep results? - yep

They haven't been this into anything since he got a GPS and could enter in his routes (even if it was just to the milkbar)
