31 kg

Farrk that's allot of weight to lose.

Logistically no clothes you had will fit you and you talk of losing another 15 kg so no point buying to many more.

Sensational effort

Cheers Kimbo. Yep, that's exactly right. I'm wearing clothes that have been sitting in my wardrobe for many years! It's awesome :) And as you said, not planning on buying any new clothes yet...going to wait till I get to my goal and prove to myself that I can stay there before I go shopping! When I first started working at my current job (4.5 years ago) I ordered like 5 shirts, but when I turned up to site they were too small...so they've been sitting in my cupboard ever since...until now! Now I can wear them!

Thanks to all of you for the support and motivation by the way! You don't know how much it's helped, even just having this thread so that I'm discussing it with people and getting encouraging and positive feedback. Also, cheers NHASP for the recommendation of Optifast...it's literally changed my life!

Been on a rig for the last week and a half.... Haven't been out on one for 6 months. Been doing almost 10k steps a day.... That's with no extra walking/gym, 1/4 would be stairs (GeGe6, you should know what it's like) and 75% is with a 10kg toolbag. Fridge out here is full of softdrink but haven't touched any.... Been really bad at home lately with that stuff, so making a point not to have any. Just with the cleaner eating and daily moving around starting to get back into the right shape. Yay work

Ohh, and my band has gone 8 days without a charge. Haven't had it linked to my phone, except a few minutes each evening to sync it. But pretty happy with it

Good stuff Kyle! Keep it up!

While we're sharing milestones...I'M IN THE 80'S FARKERS!!! I'm also no longer considered obese according to my BMI...just overweight.

Went to see the site physio this arvo to get some progress measurements taken. I didn't actually get any at my heaviest...which I'm actually kinda pissed off about now, but the last measurements he had for me was in July last year when I weighed 111kg.

Here's the results (measurements from last year are in brackets):

Haha no progress pics yet biz. Would rather just do one big reveal once I hit my goal and am happy with where I'm at.

Booked in to see the dietician I've seen previously this break to help me come up with a plan at the end of these 12 weeks and take out a shake to add a meal back. I want to form good habits and not put any of this weight back on!

Im still pissed at how far I did let myself go. Having a kid did change my whole mind set. (Then the kid was born) lol

Looking after two kids (lol one the wife. Cause likes leaving a mess) with a 60+ hour week I thought fark it I need a break. the only time of the day its my time is gym time. My mate has asked me to join a gym for years. (Ex holdens bloke and got a great package) now a lazy karnt with a race horse. Was smashing it with him but now im a lone ranger. I still go 6 days a week but my diet has struggled in the last month and a half. Fark I love beer. I need a mate to help me get to the next level.

Im going to get back on the plan again after the weekend and smash the diet and stick the plan and smash it until im 80kgs. then it's bulk until hulk mode. Lol

Have a look at this fat karntcd6e660de058756aa5db526e7d3f0a52.jpgand this was 3 weeks ago need to do a recent pic but this will do. I apologize for my fully sick flex. Lold0aaa1ad22fb9f760c1aed5cce66c113.jpgim 22kgs down and been stuck since because I love beer.

One thing I wish I didnt have was the scares from the kidney surgery. 10 to 12 kgs more and ill be farking wrapped. Need to start running again..

Sorry for the pic of a fat dude.
