yeah, that was the Garmin chest monitor. Good advice Fluff, worked really well. Dont even notice the wrist or chest bits on when im racing

It doesn't mean your unfit necessarily from having a high hr at the start line

Means u were nervous and adrenalin was kicking in

Same thing happens to me when I'm about to jump in the car to race or get on the bike.

I'm under 100kgs carnts!!!

Not my normal weigh in day or time, so not using it as an official reading, but usually I weigh more at night anyway and I weighed 99.4kg when I got home from site tonight...fark...yes!

Cheers boys! Also, have lost enough weight that running doesn't feel uncomfortable anymore...so expect to see more running in my Vivosmart activities!

Hey Dan,

Now I'm a bum with no job I've got to get moving, especially for physicals in job interviews.

If your keen to start running/ jogging.

Maybe somewhere around river where we can do a little bird watching.
