I don't care about the amount of meals or the food - that's fine - there is just no way I would stick to writing it down everyday for an extended period of time.

It's my motivation

If I eat sh*t and don't write it down then there's nothing staring me in the face telling me I've been bad

I just try and avoid thinking about it hahah

But writing it down makes me own up to it

I assume you use a diary too? I am hopeless with them as well. Getting better the more I work at it but I always struggle to write things down. I just try to do it straight away.

I must say I am feeling super lethargic and pooh and like I need a nap every two hours atm

The general rule is 220 minus your age for guys and 226 minus your age for ladies.

Mate it's a guide at best. So 193 by this guide is your theoretical maximum.

My theoretical maximum is 176. But I hit 181 the other day.

Only briefly though.

With this guide you can work out HRT zones.

It's good to know kimbo thanks coz I hit 197 the other day and started freaking out bahah but now I know it's 226 for girls I don't feel so bad haha
