Eating Good.. Exercising Plenty.. My next thing is gonna be how well are you sleeping?

Also I know that people don't like doctors but when you start a big diet/exercise regime, you really should go get a full blood workup.. Lethargic would tell me you might be slightly iron deficient. (Quite common in women.. periods and all that).

Plus so many other supplements actually act as inhibitors to other necessary vitamins and minerals..

I just had one done not long ago and everything is fine.

I am sleeping fantasticle....

I am thinking my body is just having a pooh fit since I had a cheat weekend and now I havent had any real sugar or anything,,,,

just had a coffee with half a teaspoon of sugar and I feel a bit better...

I think my body is just adjusting, but I was just curious about how stripes was feeling because when I was on optifast previously I felt about as lathargic as I feel this morning but all the time.

I feel fantastic hey! Don't get hungry and if it wasn't for the blisters on my feet last night (and the bandaids moving off them) the last few games would have been as intense as the first.

How long did you do optifast fluff? I'm pretty much two weeks down now and haven't had any cheat days or cheat meals or anything...stuck to it 100%, so my body had gotten into a rhythm and is used to what's going on.

I did it but only a meal or two a day

I couldn't handle three and my doctor told me not to as I would starve my body of nutrients and food if I had three for my weight

Fair enough. My doctor was all for it. He said I'm young enough that my body can handle the rapid weight loss and that I'm carrying enough excess to want to drop it fast, especially given the state of my health because of the extra weight.

Dry weight this morning 106.2 people :)

176cm...so I'm fairly short for a guy. Doctor says given I weighed 68kg when I finished high school that that is most likely my lean weight and that a muscley AFL player my height would weigh like 76kg...soooo yeah, I'm aiming for 75kg to start with and assess from there.
